Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Evoluir continuamente mecanismos de prevenção a fraudes usando dados e tecnologia
  • Conduzir investigação de problemas e oportunidades definindo hipóteses, explorando dados com SQL e validando causas
  • Estruturar e automatizar agenda de qualidade de regras com visão padronizada da performance em diferentes motores de prevenção
  • Propor, implementar e mensurar melhorias em regras, processos e fluxos de decisão
  • Incorporar IA e automação para aumentar eficiência e escala das entregas
  • Navegar por motores, regras, dados e fluxos de decisão garantindo documentação e rastreabilidade das mudanças
  • Apoiar metas prioritárias, atividades BAU e resposta a incidentes quando necessário
  • Entregar com autonomia ciclo completo de identificação do problema investigação proposta implementação e mensuração de resultados

  • Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas pouco estruturados
  • Domínio de SQL para exploração investigação e análise de dados
  • Capacidade de formular testar hipóteses e transformar análises em ações concretas
  • Autonomia para identificar problemas oportunidades e conduzir entregas do início ao fim
  • Facilidade para compreender regras features condições ações e impactos em sistemas de decisão
  • Comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e de negócio
  • Mentalidade data driven foco em priorização 80/20 e orientação a resultados
  • Interesse por IA e automação e vontade de incorporar essas ferramentas ao fluxo de trabalho
  • Trabalho colaborativo com participação em conflitos produtivos para melhores decisões

  • Experiência com regras motores de risco ou sistemas de decisão automatizada
  • Git e práticas de versionamento
  • Feature stores pipelines e processamento de dados em escala
  • Grafos e análise de relacionamentos entre entidades
  • Experiência com agentes de IA e automações baseadas em modelos de linguagem
  • Experiência prévia em prevenção a fraudes risco ou Trust & Safety
