Seu Cardápio Diário

  • Conduzir projetos transversais dentro do iFood com foco em aumento de eficiência, melhoria/automatização de processos
  • Realizar diagnósticos estratégicos em processos organizacionais para identificar gargalos e oportunidades de otimização
  • Planejar e estruturar iniciativas estratégicas do início ao fim, definindo escopo, entregáveis, marcos e responsáveis
  • Desenvolver roadmaps táticos e estratégicos com KPIs claros, indicadores e cronogramas realistas
  • Analisar dados e métricas para orientar decisões e priorizações, adotando abordagem data driven e orientada por IA
  • Garantir documentação, rastreabilidade e governança das iniciativas para visibilidade e tomada de decisão
  • Elaborar materiais executivos, relatórios estratégicos e apresentações que comuniquem insights e recomendações com clareza
  • Facilitar alinhamento entre Tecnologia, Produto e Negócio, engajando stakeholders e exercendo liderança por influência
  • Monitorar execução, identificar riscos e impedimentos e ajustar planos para maximizar impacto e resultados

  • Domínio de conceitos de BI e cultura data driven, com atenção a métricas e impacto

  • Habilidade de comunicação clara para apresentar insights a diferentes audiências
  • Capacidade de facilitação e mediação entre áreas para alinhar expectativas e compromissos
  • Autonomia para gerenciar iniciativas complexas do planejamento à entrega
  • Influência e negociação para engajar stakeholders e promover mudanças organizacionais
  • Rigor em documentação, rastreabilidade e governança de projetos

Para realçar o sabor:

  • Conhecimentos em SQL
  • Conhecimentos em Python
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI e analytics e criação de dashboards
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e técnicas de gestão de projetos
  • Experiência prévia em ambientes de tecnologia ou de rápido crescimento
  • Background em consultoria estratégica ou áreas de estratégia
  • Certificações em metodologias de gestão de projetos
  • Conhecimento em aplicações de IA para análise e automação
