Seu Cardápio Diário:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de restaurantes e novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Abordar restaurantes, entender suas necessidades e apresentar as soluções do ecossistema iFood;
  • Conduzir negociações e vendas de forma consultiva;
  • Construir e manter relacionamento com restaurantes estratégicos;
  • Acompanhar a implementação das soluções comercializadas, garantindo uma boa experiência para o cliente;
  • Acompanhar e mensurar os resultados das soluções implementadas;
  • Atuar em parceria com o time de Delivery e outras áreas do iFood;
  • Gerenciar diferentes demandas, prioridades, canais e processos;
  • Atuar presencialmente em campo, visitando restaurantes e fortalecendo o relacionamento com as marcas;
  • Adaptar-se às diferentes soluções, públicos e estratégias priorizadas pela companhia.

Ingredientes Que Buscamos:

  • Experiência na área comercial, especialmente com prospecção ativa e vendas;
  • Experiência com negociação e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Perfil consultivo, com capacidade de entender o contexto do cliente e propor soluções;
  • Disponibilidade e interesse em atuar presencialmente em campo;
  • Organização para lidar com múltiplas demandas e processos;
  • Autonomia para conduzir suas atividades e endereçar problemas sem necessidade de microgerenciamento;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
  • Flexibilidade e abertura para trabalhar com diferentes produtos, soluções e perfis de clientes;
  • Resiliência e disposição para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante transformação.

Para Realçar o Sabor:

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas;
  • Vivência comercial com contas estratégicas ou clientes de maior complexidade;
  • Experiência com prospecção externa;
  • Vivência em ambientes de novos negócios, construção de mercado ou lançamento de soluções;
  • Experiência no relacionamento com restaurantes, food service ou negócios relacionados ao ecossistema de alimentação.
