🎯 Votre mission : ouvrir de nouvelles portes et propulser Iguane Solutions sur de nouveaux marchés

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer Senior passionné(e) par la chasse, la conquête et le closing.

Vous serez en première ligne pour ouvrir de nouveaux comptes stratégiques et générer de la croissance autour de nos offres Cloud, DevOps et Full Stack AI.

Vous saurez convaincre dirigeants et équipes techniques grâce à votre compréhension des enjeux IT et à des solutions sur-mesure, construites en collaboration avec nos ingénieurs.

Vos responsabilités

  • Identifier, prospecter et développer de nouveaux comptes stratégiques à fort potentiel via différents canaux (cold calling, LinkedIn, événements, réseau).
  • Générer et qualifier des leads dans nos secteurs cibles, notamment autour de notre offre d’IA : Full-Stack AI.
  • Comprendre les besoins complexes liés aux infrastructures Cloud (on premise & hybrides), aux environnements DevOps et aux projets IA.
  • Construire et défendre des propositions commerciales adaptées avec le support de nos équipes techniques.
  • Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente : ouverture de compte, développement de la relation, négociation et closing.
  • Atteindre (et dépasser) vos objectifs de croissance et de nouveaux clients.

Qualifications

  • 10 ans d’expérience réussie en vente B2B de solutions IT( Cloud, Devops, Logiciels…) dont 5 ans dans le pilotage de cycles de vente complexes.
  • Une expertise reconnue en prospection et ouverture de comptes, avec un track record solide en closing.
  • Aisance pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs techniques (CTO, DSI, DevOps, Data).
  • Maîtrise d’un CRM (Salesforce ou HubSpot) et des process associés (pipeline, forecast, reporting).
  • Goût du challenge, mentalité de chasseur et orientation résultats.
  • Bonne compréhension et intérêt réel pour les environnements Cloud, IA et infrastructures IT complexes.
