Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe Exploitation, tu es responsable du traitement des requêtes clients et assurer l’uptime des plateformes. Tu assureras le traitement des demandes des clients.

Parmi tes missions tu devras : – Traiter les demandes des clients (mail, tel, IM) – Developper des outils à l’exploitation des plateformes, si nécessaire – Participer aux projets internes de création de services mutualisés

Qualifications

– Expérience en administration système et réseau – Expérience en OS Linux – Expérience avec les équipements réseaux Juniper ou Cisco – Expérience avec un outil de supervision open source
