Description du poste

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe d’ingénierie, nous recherchons un ingénieur backend confirmé maîtrisant Python et/ou Go, avec de bonnes compétences en React, pour intervenir ponctuellement sur des interfaces internes.

Le poste est principalement orienté backend et systèmes, avec une capacité à comprendre, concevoir et maintenir des interfaces web utilisées par nos équipes techniques et métiers.

🎯 Vos missions

Développement Backend

  • Concevoir et développer des API et services backend en Python (FastAPI) et/ou Go
  • Développer des outils d’analyse, d’automatisation et d’outillage interne autour des environnements Linux
  • Intégrer et orchestrer des services internes et externes
  • Garantir la qualité du code, la robustesse, la performance et la maintenabilité des systèmes
  • Participer aux phases de debugging avancé et d’optimisation

Développement Front (interfaces internes)

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des interfaces web internes en ReactJS
  • Assurer une intégration front/back propre et cohérente
  • Contribuer à la conception d’UX simples, fonctionnelles et fiables, orientées usage interne

Contributions transverses

  • Participer aux choix techniques, à la conception d’architecture et aux revues de code
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos outils, standards et processus
  • Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques en France et en Tunisie

Qualifications

👤 Profil recherché

  • Excellente maîtrise de Python, ou très bonne maîtrise de Go (la maîtrise des deux est un plus, ou une volonté d’évoluer vers le second langage)
  • Bonne maîtrise de ReactJS pour le développement d’interfaces web modernes
  • Très bonne compréhension des environnements Linux et de l’écosystème Docker
  • Solides compétences en conception d’API, architecture backend et debugging
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie sur des projets techniques exigeants
  • Sens du détail, rigueur et exigence sur la qualité
  • Bonne communication et aisance dans un contexte d’équipe distribuée
  • Organisé(e), structuré(e) et responsable

  • Connaissances en automatisation, pipelines CI/CD et outillage interne
