Event Sales Coordinator – Planning (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung hochwertiger Großveranstaltungen und Events im InterContinental Berlin
  • Verhandlungen im Rahmen der vorgegebenen Parameter für kleinere Events
  • Sorgt für die Erstellung der Aufzeichnung aller mit dem Veranstalter abgesprochenen Einzelheiten, die korrekte Erstellung des BEO´s und die exakte Eingabe der Namensliste
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Convention Sales Teams zur Erreichung der vorgegebenen individuellen – und Teamzielen, welche wesentlichen Einfluss auf den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Hotels haben
  • Relationship Management bestehender & neuer Kund:innen aus dem MICE Segment
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von verkaufsfördernder Aktivitäten inklusive Site Inspections
  • Einbringung kreativer und innovativer Ideen

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie, erste Berufserfahrung im Verantwortungsbereich wünschenswert
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gepflegtes Äußeres und vorbildliche Umgangsformen
  • Positive Ausstrahlung und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
