Zur Unterstützung unseres Event Sales Teams suchen wir Dich als unsere(n) neue(n)

Event Sales Manager - Contracting (m/w/d)

Das bedeutet:

  • Verhandlung hochwertiger Veranstaltungen und Events im InterContinental Berlin bis zu einer Größe von 2.500 Personen
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Veranstaltungsangebote für Gruppen sowie der Verhandlung der Geschäftsbedingungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Zuständig für die Erreichung einer optimalen Auslastung der Veranstaltungsräume und Zimmer für das MICE Segment – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Revenue Management
  • Erreichung der vorgegebenen individuellen – und Teamziele, welche wesentlichen Einfluss auf den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Hotels haben
  • Relationship Management bestehender & neuer Kund:innen aus dem MICE Segment
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung verkaufsfördernder Aktivitäten (inklusive Events für Kund:innen, Entertainment und Site Inspections)
  • Erfolgskontrolle unter Berücksichtigung von P&L und Manöverkritik
  • Es gibt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Planning und dem Proactive Sales Team, um den 360 Verkaufsprozess zu leben

Was Du dafür brauchst:

  • Stark ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und den Willen zu gewinnen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Convention Sales innerhalb der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • Motiviert Erfolge zu erzielen
  • Kommunikativ, teamfähig und lösungsorientiert
  • Detail-orientierte Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Deadlines
  • Salespersönlichkeit mit Empathie, Emotion und Leidenschaft
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und/oder Englisch
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen Word, Excel und PowerPoint sowie das E-Mail-Programm Outlook 365; Delphi und Opera wären ein Plus
  • Du kannst mehrerer Verträge gleichzeitig verhandeln
