Event Sales Manager – Planning (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Planung und Durchführung von In-House Events bis zu einer Größe von 1200 Gästen
  • Hierzu zählen exklusive Buchungen, Kongresse, Veranstaltungen mit und ohne Ausstellungen unserer MICE Bestandskund:innen, Tagesevents mit bis zu 800 Gästen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf der geplanten Veranstaltungen
  • Zuständigkeit für die lückenlose Aufzeichnung aller besprochenen Details
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Forecasts pro Buchung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen innerhalb des Hauses
  • Durchführung von veranstaltungsvorbereitenden Meetings
  • Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen sowie den internen und operativen Abteilungen
  • Durchführung von Pre-Convention-Meetings bei Großveranstaltungen

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Convention / Event Sales der internationalen Luxushotellerie, vorzugsweise in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Konzernhotellerie
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Event Planung von großen Kongressen und Events ab 500 Teilnehmer:innen mit
  • Du bist durchsetzungsfähig, kommunikativ und hast eine sehr gute analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Du kannst mit deiner Fachkompetenz den Kund:innen von unserer Meetingkompetenz und unserer Leistungsvielfalt überzeugen
  • Du bist neugierig, verfügst über großen Ehrgeiz und bist erfolgsorientiert
  • Du verfügst über ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Du bist belastbar und verfügst über eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
