In qualità di Software Engineer sarai un membro del team Software Factory e sarai responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e mantenimento di applicativi aziendali.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con altri team e ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Contribuire alla progettazione e allo sviluppo di nuovi sistemi e funzionalità
  • Scrivere codice mantenibile e ben strutturato seguendo le best practices e adottando design pattern appropriati con particolare focus sulla sicurezza
  • Sviluppo di integrazioni con altre applicazioni e piattaforme aziendali
  • Implementare suite di test e automazioni allo scopo di migliorare il processo di sviluppo e la qualità del software
  • Redigere e aggiornare documentazione tecnica chiara e completa
  • Partecipare attivamente a code review e pair programming in un processo di condivisione delle conoscenze per garantire standard elevati nello sviluppo
  • Conoscere ed utilizzare nuove tecnologie in un processo di crescita continua

Must have

  • Padronanza dei principi di ingegneria del software
  • Conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione Go e/o Python
  • Esperienza con database relazionali (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni web e implementazione di servizi RESTful
  • Conoscenza del sistema di versionamento Git
  • Forti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
  • Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e propensione al lavoro di squadra
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Nice to have

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in informatica o affine
  • Esperienza nell’adozione di TDD, tramite unit test e performance test
  • Familiarità con l’architettura a microservizi
  • Conoscenza di Kubernetes/Docker
  • Conoscenza di JavaScript, PHP o Perl
  • Conoscenza della lingua francese

PAY TRASPARENCY

Partiamo con la trasparenza: la Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) prevista per il ruolo parte da 33.000 euro lordi annui a cui si aggiunge il pacchetto benefits iliad.

Questa cifra rappresenta il minimo del range retributivo previsto per la posizione. L’offerta economica potrà quindi crescere in base a diversi elementi, tra cui esperienza professionale maturata, competenze tecniche, percorso formativo, soft skills, attitudini e coerenza del profilo rispetto alle responsabilità e agli obiettivi del ruolo
