In qualità di Tecnico di Rete all'interno dell'area di Pisa/Livorno, svolgerai una serie di attività tecniche sul campo, eseguirai lavori di installazione, attivazione e manutenzione delle apparecchiature della rete radio secondo linee guida interne, e ti occuperai di:

  • Garantire la continuità del servizio (h24) e la manutenzione della rete;
  • Risolvere problematiche di primo livello per la manutenzione preventiva/incidentale;
  • Garantire la disponibilità di FLM = First Line Maintenance per la risoluzione dei guasti HW e SW sui sistemi di rete mobile e sulla rete principale;
  • Garantire aggiornamenti HW e SW su rete mobile radio e reti core (su piani di implementazione) e gestione delle parti di ricambio;
  • Effettuare prove standard richieste su cavi in fibra ottica (esempio: misura di attenuazione, localizzazione dei guasti mediante utilizzo di specifici strumenti - OTDR o Power Meter);
  • Effettuare Verifiche su sistemi RF (esempio: perdita di ritorno, perdita di inserzione, intermodulazione, ecc...);
  • Coordinare e supervisionare i subappaltatori;
  • Effettuare l'accettazione di nuovi siti radio o nuovi elementi di rete;
  • Eseguire tutte le attività applicando le norme in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro - D.lgs. 81/08, nonchè le politiche di sicurezza aziendale;
  • Effettuare lavoro in quota

REQUISITI

Must have

  • La residenza, il domicilio o l’effettiva disponibilità al trasferimento nelle province indicate
  • Esperienza nel ruolo specifico o in ruoli analoghi: da 2 a 15 anni
  • Esperienza completa nelle diverse tecnologie componenti una rete radio mobile (in particolare RBS, MicroWave, fibre ottiche, concentratori IP, ecc...)
  • Mobilità: disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente in tutta la regione e sul territorio nazionale
  • Esperienza nei sistemi infrastrutturali di power AC/DC e clima

Nice to have

  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Capacità di adattamento a situazioni inaspettate e di trovare soluzioni efficaci
  • Lingua: Inglese o francese base (per garantire il coordinamento a distanza)

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Partiamo con la trasparenza: la Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) prevista per il ruolo parte da 22.500 euro lordi annui a cui si aggiunge il pacchetto benefits iliad.

Questa cifra rappresenta il minimo del range retributivo previsto per la posizione.

L’offerta economica potrà quindi crescere in base a diversi elementi, tra cui esperienza professionale maturata, competenze tecniche, percorso formativo, soft skills, attitudini e coerenza del profilo rispetto alle responsabilità e agli obiettivi del ruolo.
