In qualità di Store Manager, entrerai a far parte del team Distribution & Logistics e diventerai il punto di riferimento per la tua squadra, ispirando le persone a mettere in pratica i valori aziendali e permettendo allo Store di esprimere il massimo potenziale. Nello specifico ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Sviluppare un clima positivo di collaborazione, motivando e supportando lo staff di Store per raggiungere insieme gli obiettivi
  • Seguire gli utenti, supportandoli nelle loro esigenze con soluzioni che ne garantiscano sempre la piena e completa soddisfazione
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo dello Store attraverso le tue competenze, la tua esperienza e le tue idee

REQUISITI

Must have

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di un team di store, nel settore delle telecomunicazioni
  • Entusiasmo, intraprendenza e determinazione nel motivare il tuo staff per offrire agli utenti un servizio di massima qualità
  • Ambizione, autonomia e piena responsabilità nella gestione dello staff e dello store
  • Eccellenti doti manageriali, attitudine pragmatica e concreta
  • Flessibilità e velocità di adattamento nella gestione di imprevisti

Nice to have

  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Passione per il settore delle telecomunicazioni
  • Formazione in materia di people management e di time management

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Partiamo con la trasparenza: la Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) prevista per il ruolo parte da 26.000 euro lordi annui, a cui si aggiunge il pacchetto benefits iliad.

Questa cifra rappresenta il minimo del range retributivo previsto per la posizione.

L’offerta economica potrà quindi crescere in base a diversi elementi, tra cui esperienza professionale maturata, competenze tecniche, percorso formativo, soft skills, attitudini e coerenza del profilo rispetto alle responsabilità e agli obiettivi del ruolo.
