Instandhalter mit Schwerpunkt elektrische Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die selbstständige und schnelle Störungsbehebung an den Produktionsanlagen und Anlagen der Gebäude- und Infrastrukturtechnik des Werks mit dem Schwerpunkt der Elektro- und Steuerungstechnik
  • Mitwirken beim Aufbau und der Installation von Neuanlagen
  • Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und beim Bau von Neuanlagen
  • Programmieren und Steuern von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungstätigkeiten an elektrischen Schaltanlagen und der Infrastruktur mit dem Ziel, ungeplante Stillstände zu vermeiden
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Senkung der Instandhaltungskosten mit OpEx-Methoden
  • Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden in autonomen Wartungstätigkeiten und in der Störungsbehebung zur Reduzierung von Stillständen und deren Dauer
  • Fortwährende Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheitsbestimmungen sowie aller für die Produktion maßgeblichen Bestimmungen, insbesondere Einhaltung und Umsetzung der elektrotechnischen Sicherheit der Anlagen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Elektroniker*in für Betriebstechnik oder zum/zur Mechatroniker*in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld vorzugsweise bei einem Massenfertiger wünschenswert
  • Netzwerkkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse, u. a. MS Office Paket
  • Praxiserprobte SPS-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Mehrarbeit
  • Lean-Kenntnisse (5s-Methodik, KVP) von Vorteil
  • Gabelstaplerschein wünschenswert
