Instandhalter mit Schwerpunkt mechanische Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von technischen Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Anlagen der Gebäude- und Infrastrukturtechnik mit dem Schwerpunkt der mechanischen Instandhaltung
  • Instandsetzen, Montieren und Vermessen von Baugruppen, wie z. B. Bearbeitungsspindeln
  • Mitwirken beim Aufbau, bei der Installation sowie bei Umbauten von Neu- und Bestandsanlagen
  • Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren und umsetzen, um die Maschinenverfügbarkeit zu erhöhen
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Wirksamkeitskontrollen
  • Arbeiten an pneumatischen und hydraulischen Systemen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z. B. Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten in der Instandhaltungssoftware (Ultimo), Erfassen von Lagerabgängen im Warenwirtschaftssystem sowie eine vollständige technische Dokumentation
  • Fortwährende Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheitsbestimmungen sowie aller für die Produktion maßgeblichen Vorschriften

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Industriemechaniker*in, Mechatroniker*in oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsbild
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Schwerpunkt Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Gute hydraulische und pneumatische Kenntnisse
  • Stapler-, Kran- und Hubarbeitsbühnenschein
  • Flexibilität (Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit) und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
