Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworte und entwickle die End-to-End‑Standardimplementierungsmethodik für SDM/RFNO kontinuierlich weiter, inkl. Templates, Quality Gates und Fit-to-Standard-Workshops
  • Übernimm die Delivery Governance für Kunden und Partner als Senior Project Lead und stelle klare Planung, Entscheidungsdisziplin, Risikomanagement sowie transparente Stakeholder-Kommunikation sicher
  • Agiere als Design Authority für SDM/RFNO-Implementierungen und sichere Standard- sowie Clean-Core-Prinzipien, hinterfrage unnötige Individualisierungen und gewährleiste Lösungsqualität vor der Umsetzung
  • Etabliere SAP Cloud ALM als zentrales Delivery-Backbone und kombiniere es mit modernen, KI-gestützten Tools für Planung, Anforderungen, Aufgaben, Testing, Deployment Readiness und Reporting
  • Treibe den Einsatz von KI zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität voran, integriere sie in Design, Dokumentation, Testing und QA und befähige Kunden sowie Partner in der Anwendung
  • Unterstütze und steuere strategische Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse für SDM/RFNO-Projekte, entwickle belastbare Lösungskonzepte, Aufwandsschätzungen sowie Implementierungsansätze und arbeite eng mit Sales, Consulting und Delivery zusammen.
  • Etabliere wiederverwendbare Bid- und Delivery-Artefakte, Best Practices sowie KI-gestützte Angebotsprozesse und trage zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Proposal- und Delivery-Methodik bei.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in SAP-Projekten, idealerweise in S/4HANA-Transformationen, digitaler Supply Chain, Downstream-Logistik, Retail Fuel oder vergleichbaren Prozessbereichen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit SAP Cloud ALM in realen Implementierungsprojekten, inkl. Projektsetup, Scope- und Task-Governance, Testkoordination sowie transparenter Fortschrittssteuerung
  • Senior-Projektleitungsprofil mit starker Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten im Partnermanagement und idealerweise Erfahrung in einem führenden GSI- oder großen SI-Umfeld
  • Starkes methodisches Verständnis mit der Fähigkeit, SDM/RFNO-Produktstandards in wiederverwendbare Implementierungsbausteine, Governance-Routinen und skalierbare Delivery-Modelle zu übersetzen
  • KI-affine „Digital Pioneer“-Mentalität: nutzt KI zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität, treibt mutig neue Plattformen und Tools voran und teilt erprobte Use Cases projekt- und partnerübergreifend
