Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von SAP RFNO Consultants sowie Coaching im Projektalltag
  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP RFNO-Lösungen
  • Analyse und Gestaltung von Prozessen rund um Tankstellenbetrieb, Abrechnung und Finanzintegration
  • Abbildung verschiedener Betreiber- und Vertragsmodelle (COCO, CODO, DODO)
  • Verantwortung für Themen wie Zahlungsabwicklung, Clearing, Provisionen, Bestandsführung und POS-Integration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Integrationslösungen auf Basis von SAP Integration Suite, APIs und EDI
  • Unterstützung von Implementierungspartnern bei komplexen Anforderungen und Architekturentscheidungen
  • Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung von Kundenprojekten sowie Übernahme der fachlichen Gesamtverantwortung
  • Mitarbeit an neuen Beratungsansätzen, Templates und AI-gestützten Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Angebotsarbeit und der Weiterentwicklung des RFNO-Beratungsportfolios

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre SAP-Beratungserfahrung in RFNO, IS-OIL oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Tankstellen-, Mineralöl- oder Retail-Fuel-Branche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Abrechnungs- und Finanzprozessen (SD, MM, Payment Clearing, Provisionen)
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer SAP-Landschaften und Integrationsszenarien
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, IT-Stakeholdern und Management-Ebenen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, Leitung von Projektteams oder Mentoring von Consultants
  • Interesse an modernen Technologien wie AI, SAP BTP und Clean Core
