Join the team at Sands Harbor Resort & Marina as a Housekeeping Room Attendant in beautiful Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, contributing to an exceptional guest experience at our resort.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to Sands Harbor Resort & Marina standards
  • Remove trash and replenish room supplies including linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and public areas as assigned
  • Assist with laundry services and inventory control when needed
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction

Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
