岗位职责： 1、根据产品定位，负责公司短视频矩阵内容体系的搭建与运营，根据账号内容垂类特点、形式风格，制定常规内容生产机制，持续产出优质内容； 2、根据短视频平台玩法机制，完成短视频方案策划，及时捕捉热点，挖掘题材，把控内容选题、思路架设、脚本撰写、视频拍摄、后期包装等短视频内容生产全流程工作。 3、各产品线短视频数据整理、挖掘，定期形成数据分析，不断提高内容流量及用户转化。 4、短视频内容团队管理，团队内部协作、对接，及时推进视频落地、问题解决，可对内容团队专业及工作技能提升辅导及培训。 5、整理内部跑量视频底层逻辑，整合KOC、KOL、拍摄画面、混剪素材建立视频库。构建系统的信息流内容输出SOP，保证复刻视频逻辑跑出率。

岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，3年以上新消费品、短视频内容运营经理经验（抖音），有千川短视频经验优先； 2、熟悉短视频内容选题与策划、拍摄及后期的整体流程； 3、有产品洞察力，分析各类产品特性，脑洞大、有创意、有网感； 4、抗压能力强，拥抱变化，结果导向； 5、具备优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通协调能力。
