1、经验：媒介投放经验或内容编导经验均可，有CID信息流/抖音种草投放经验优先 2、能力： ①有内容sense，能独立撰写脚本，与达人共创内容 ②懂曝光与转化的区别，能输出差异化的种草策略 ③品类：美妆、护肤、大健康、日化其中之一 ④数据：对曝光&ROI负责，有数据复盘和优化经验
