1. 大专及以上学历，具备至少2年腾讯广告实操经验者、有快消品广告投放经验者优先 3. 熟悉ADQ 3.0投放逻辑，有扎实的广告投放经验，能够独立进行广告策略设计与执行； 3 对内容创作与投放效果有深刻理解，能够根据市场需求进行内容的优化与判断； 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动优化投放效果； 5 有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和自驱力； 6. 有一定的行业资源和广告投放平台的拓展能力。
