Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering, która będzie odpowiedzialna za projektowanie, rozwój oraz optymalizację rozwiązań opartych na sztucznej inteligencji z wykorzystaniem dużych modeli językowych (LLM). To rola dla osoby, która dobrze odnajduje się na styku programowania, automatyzacji procesów oraz pracy z nowoczesnymi narzędziami AI. W ramach współpracy wybrana osoba będzie tworzyć systemy automatyzujące procesy biznesowe z użyciem agentów AI, rozwijać rozwiązania w Pythonie, testować ich skuteczność oraz stale doskonalić ich jakość i wydajność.

  • Projektowanie, rozwój i optymalizacja systemów opartych na AI z wykorzystaniem dużych modeli językowych.
  • Tworzenie rozwiązań automatyzujących procesy biznesowe z użyciem agentów AI.
  • Projektowanie i rozwijanie agentów AI z wykorzystaniem prompt engineering.
  • Integracja narzędzi i frameworków AI w rozwiązaniach programistycznych.
  • Testowanie, walidacja i optymalizacja systemów agentowych.
  • Zbieranie, czyszczenie oraz przygotowywanie danych głosowych, np. z rozmów call center, do wykorzystania w modelach AI.
  • Współpraca z zespołami produktowymi i inżynieryjnymi przy definiowaniu kryteriów akceptacji.
  • Dbanie o wysoką jakość, skuteczność i użyteczność wdrażanych rozwiązań.
  • Minimum 4 lat doświadczenia w inżynierii oprogramowania lub AI.
  • Doświadczenia w tworzeniu systemów automatyzacji opartych na AI (agentic AI).
  • Umiejętności projektowania i rozwijania agentów AI z wykorzystaniem prompt engineering.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości Python oraz integracji z frameworkami AI, np. OpenAI i LangChain.
  • Doświadczenia w testowaniu i optymalizacji systemów AI.
  • Umiejętności pracy z danymi, w tym ich zbierania, czyszczenia i przygotowywania danych głosowych.
  • Doświadczenia w definiowaniu kryteriów akceptacji oraz współpracy z zespołami produktowymi.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w optymalizacji wydajności systemów AI.
  • Rozwój metod testowania dedykowanych systemom agentowym.
  • Współpracę przy nowoczesnych projektach z obszaru sztucznej inteligencji i automatyzacji.
  • Możliwość realnego wpływu na rozwój rozwiązań opartych na agentach AI.
  • Współpracę z zespołami produktowymi i inżynieryjnymi rozwijającymi innowacyjne technologie.
  • Współpracę na zasadach B2B.
