Szukamy doświadczonego specjalisty, który wesprze zespół naszego Klienta w utrzymaniu, rozwoju i automatyzacji infrastruktury oraz procesów CI/CD – ze szczególnym naciskiem na Ansible i Kubernetes. Projekt obejmuje automatyzację konfiguracji systemów, integracje z chmurą oraz wsparcie środowisk produkcyjnych.

  • Administracja i automatyzacja środowisk przy użyciu Ansible (playbooki, role, moduły) oraz praca z AWX lub AAP.
  • Tworzenie, rozwój i przegląd skryptów automatyzujących w Bash / Unix shell oraz narzędzi wspierających utrzymanie.
  • Utrzymanie, rozwój i optymalizacja pipeline’ów CI/CD (np. Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus) – usprawnianie procesów build/release/deploy.
  • Integracja automatyzacji z chmurą publiczną (AWS / Azure / GCP) oraz obsługa bezpiecznego przechowywania sekretów (np. Ansible Vault, mile widziane HashiCorp Vault).
  • Wsparcie zespołów developerskich, infrastruktury i bezpieczeństwa w dostarczaniu stabilnych, powtarzalnych wdrożeń i rozwiązań.
  • Monitorowanie wydajności systemów, diagnozowanie problemów i wdrażanie usprawnień w środowiskach (w tym produkcyjnych).
  • Zarządzanie konfiguracją, zgodnością bezpieczeństwa oraz komponentami infrastruktury w trybie High Availability.
  • Praca z Kubernetes (must have): utrzymanie i wsparcie klastrów, deploymentów oraz automatyzacja działań operacyjnych.

Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z:

  • utomatyzacją konfiguracji i błędami w playbookach/rolach Ansible,
  • nieprawidłowościami w pipeline’ach CI/CD (np. błędy buildów, artefaktów, deploymentów),
  • awariami i degradacją wydajności środowisk (Linux/Windows),
  • kwestiami dostępowymi i sekretami (Vault/Ansible Vault),
  • stabilnością i dostępnością usług w środowiskach High Availability,
  • komponentami platformy kontenerowej Kubernetes (np. problemy z wdrożeniami, zasobami, dostępnością).
  • Praktycznego doświadczenia w administracji i automatyzacji z użyciem Ansible (w tym AWX lub AAP).
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości YAML: tworzenie i utrzymanie playbooków, praca z Ansible Galaxy.
  • Umiejętności programowania w Python (automatyzacja, narzędzia pomocnicze, integracje).
  • Doświadczenia w skryptowaniu Bash / Unix shell.
  • Dobrej znajomości systemów Linux i Windows.
  • Podstawowej znajomości baz danych (np. PostgreSQL) - na potrzeby utrzymania/diagnostyki.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z narzędziami CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub / Nexus).
  • Kubernetes (must have) – praktyczne doświadczenie operacyjne.
  • Znajomości chmury: AWS / Azure / GCP (minimum jedna z nich).
  • Umiejętności rozwiązywania złożonych problemów technicznych (debugging, analiza przyczyn).
  • Bardzo dobrych umiejętności współpracy w zespołach wielofunkcyjnych.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z HashiCorp Vault.
  • Praca w środowisku produkcyjnym lub wsparcie systemów krytycznych.
  • Współpracę B2B w ramach projektu.
  • Model hybrydowy: Kraków lub Warszawa – wizyty w biurze 8 dni w miesiącu.
  • Projekt w środowisku, w którym automatyzacja i stabilność platformy są kluczowe.
  • Możliwość długofalowej współpracy przy kolejnych projektach.
