Poszukujemy Analityka IT/Analityczki IT z doświadczeniem w analizie biznesowej i systemowej, szczególnie w obszarze integracji aplikacji oraz projektowania aplikacji z GUI. Osoba dołączy do jednego z zespołów scrumowych przy projekcie z branży bankowej.

  • Analiza potrzeb klienta i proponowanie kierunków rozwoju systemu.
  • Definiowanie oraz doprecyzowywanie wymagań dla programistów.
  • Udział w projektowaniu systemu na podstawie wymagań biznesowych.
  • Specyfikowanie metod API wraz z mapowaniem parametrów.
  • Wsparcie testów, w tym integracyjnych, oraz biznesowy odbiór funkcjonalności.
  • Analiza i współtworzenie dokumentacji.
  • Min. 6 lat doświadczenia analitycznego, w tym min. 4 lata w samodzielnej analizie biznesowej, analizie systemowej oraz współpracy z programistami przy user stories i zadaniach.
  • Praktyczna znajomość Scrum.
  • Znajomość relacyjnych baz danych, aplikacji webowych, usług REST/SOAP oraz API.
  • Doświadczenie z UML, BPMN i narzędziami do modelowania, np. Enterprise Architect.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z testerami i klientem przy obsłudze błędów.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu makiet GUI.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe informatyczne lub pokrewne.
  • Znajomość branży bankowej.
  • Znajomość Jira, Confluence oraz narzędzi AI.
  • Praktyczna znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2/C1 umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację pisemną i ustną (codzienna współpraca z klientami i kandydatami anglojęzycznymi).

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie jako lider zespołu, PM, Scrum Master lub Product Owner.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń.
  • Doświadczenie programistyczne lub znajomość Java umożliwiająca przeglądanie kodu.
  • Doświadczenie w analizie logów.
  • Ogólna znajomość DevOps: Jenkins, konteneryzacja, Kubernetes.
  • Długofalową, partnerską współpracę.
  • Możliwość rozwoju zawodowego.
  • Przyjazne środowisko pracy.
  • Udział w licznych wydarzeniach firmowych.
  • Sprzęt firmowy (telefon, laptop).
  • Benefity (opieka zdrowotna, Multisport).
