Poszukujemy doświadczonego Copilot Studio Architect & Transformation Consultant, który będzie odpowiadać za projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań opartych na Microsoft Copilot Studio. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować zarówno z zespołami biznesowymi, jak i technicznymi, pomagając identyfikować procesy do automatyzacji oraz tworzyć nowoczesne rozwiązania wykorzystujące sztuczną inteligencję.

To rola dla osoby, która chce mieć realny wpływ na rozwój inicjatyw AI w organizacji oraz uczestniczyć w projektach związanych z transformacją cyfrową i automatyzacją procesów.

  • Prowadzenie warsztatów i analiz procesów biznesowych pod kątem wykorzystania AI Agents.
  • Identyfikacja oraz ocena procesów możliwych do automatyzacji.
  • Projektowanie architektury rozwiązań opartych o Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Tworzenie Proof of Conceptów oraz rozwój agentów AI zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami.
  • Definiowanie standardów architektonicznych, integracyjnych i governance dla platformy.
  • Integracja rozwiązań z Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure AI Services oraz systemami zewnętrznymi.
  • Wspieranie użytkowników i zespołów poprzez szkolenia, mentoring oraz transfer wiedzy.
  • Doradztwo dla kadry zarządzającej w zakresie strategii AI i automatyzacji procesów.
  • Monitorowanie efektywności wdrożonych rozwiązań i rekomendowanie usprawnień.
  • Minimum 6 lat doświadczenia z Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Copilot Studio oraz Power Automate.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI, chatbotów lub agentów na poziomie enterprise.
  • Znajomość Microsoft 365, Dataverse oraz usług Azure.
  • Doświadczenie w integracji rozwiązań z wykorzystaniem API oraz systemów klasy ERP, CRM lub ITSM.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem, governance oraz ALM/CI-CD.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów biznesowych i analizie procesów.
  • Umiejętność przekładania wymagań biznesowych na rozwiązania techniczne.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz zdolność współpracy z interesariuszami na różnych szczeblach organizacji.
  • Praktyczna znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2/C1 umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację pisemną i ustną (codzienna współpraca z klientami i współpracownikami anglojęzycznymi).

Mile widziane:

  • Certyfikacje Microsoft Power Platform lub Azure AI (PL-200, PL-600, AI-102).
  • Doświadczenie z Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLM) oraz Prompt Engineering.
  • Znajomość narzędzi Intelligent Automation, takich jak UiPath czy Blue Prism.
  • Współpracę w modelu B2B.
  • Projekt realizowany 100% zdalnie.
  • Udział w strategicznych projektach związanych z AI i automatyzacją procesów biznesowych.
  • Współpracę z kluczowymi interesariuszami biznesowymi i technologicznymi.
  • Dużą samodzielność oraz realny wpływ na rozwój inicjatyw AI w organizacji.
  • Możliwość rozwijania kompetencji w ekosystemie Microsoft i obszarze AI.
