Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Data Manager, która dołączy do długoterminowego projektu z obszaru data operations, data quality, data governance oraz compliance.

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za zarządzanie jakością, spójnością i przepływem danych wykorzystywanych w procesach compliance. Rola łączy odpowiedzialność operacyjną, koordynację zespołu analityków danych, współpracę z interesariuszami oraz nadzór nad procesami kontrolnymi i automatyzacją.

  • Zarządzanie jakością, spójnością i governance danych w procesach compliance.
  • Nadzór nad walidacją i certyfikacją danych na kolejnych etapach projektu.
  • Koordynowanie zadań zespołu Data Analystów oraz wsparcie w ich rozwoju.
  • Definiowanie i usprawnianie standardowych procesów przyjmowania, sprawdzania, transformacji i uzgadniania danych.
  • Identyfikowanie oraz rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów z danymi.
  • Prowadzenie eskalacji w przypadku ryzyk systemowych lub jakościowych.
  • Utrzymywanie dokumentacji, kontroli oraz ścieżek audytowych.
  • Nadzór nad automatycznymi i AI-driven kontrolami jakości danych.
  • Zapewnienie przejrzystości danych: od źródła po końcowy wynik compliance.
  • Współpraca z zespołami delivery, client management oraz data platform.
  • Przygotowywanie insightów i raportów dotyczących jakości danych, przepustowości procesów oraz efektywności automatyzacji.
  • Rozwijanie playbooków, standardów i materiałów wspierających zespół.
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze data operations, data quality, data governance lub compliance data.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu lub koordynowaniu zespołów analitycznych, technicznych lub operacyjnych.
  • Znajomość procesów kontroli jakości danych oraz zasad data governance.
  • Umiejętność analizy przyczyn źródłowych problemów i prowadzenia eskalacji.
  • Doświadczenie w standaryzacji procesów oraz tworzeniu dokumentacji.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technologicznymi.
  • Dobre rozumienie środowisk opartych o automatyzację, alerty systemowe lub AI.
  • Umiejętność przekładania danych, alertów i informacji technicznych na jasny język biznesowy.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja, samodzielność.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w środowisku compliance, finansowym, podatkowym, audytowym lub regulacyjnym.
  • Znajomość narzędzi workflow, data quality, data controls lub podobnych platform.
  • Doświadczenie w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Znajomość narzędzi takich jak Sightline, Data Controls Engine lub podobnych.
  • Współprace w modelu zdalnym/B2B
  • Możliwość wpływu na standardy jakości danych i procesy operacyjne.
  • Współpracę z zespołami z różnych obszarów biznesowych i technologicznych.
  • Projekt obejmujący data operations, compliance, automatyzację i AI.
