Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Data Quality Specialist. Rola ta polega na wdrożeniu w strukturach domen biznesowych (business spokes) i odpowiedzialności za prowadzenie działań związanych z zapewnieniem najwyższej jakości, dokładności i spójności danych, które zasilają procesy decyzyjne oraz systemy AI.

Model współpracy: B2B (Kontrakt)

Lokalizacja: Gdańsk lub Wrocław

Tryb: 100% z biura

Wymiar pracy: Współpraca w niepełnym wymiarze - około 20 godzin tygodniowo

Poziom: Mid / Regular

  • Zapewnienie dokładności, spójności i wysokich standardów jakości danych w poszczególnych obszarach biznesowych (business spokes).
  • Liderowanie i koordynowanie działań związanych z rozwiązywaniem problemów dotyczących jakości danych (data quality issue resolution).
  • Przygotowywanie raportów i ewidencjonowanie statusu jakości danych na potrzeby jednostek biznesowych.
  • Udostępnianie zweryfikowanych i wiarygodnych danych dla procesów podejmowania decyzji (decision making) oraz rozwiązań AI.
  • Bliska współpraca z przedstawicielami biznesu w celu wdrażania i egzekwowania standardów jakości danych.
  • Komercyjne doświadczenie na stanowisku związanym z jakością danych (np. Data Quality Specialist, Data Analyst z naciskiem na DQ).
  • Doświadczenie w identyfikowaniu, analizowaniu oraz samodzielnym rozwiązywaniu problemów z jakością danych (issue resolution).
  • Umiejętność tworzenia raportów dotyczących jakości danych oraz definiowania reguł walidacyjnych.
  • Zdolność do koordynowania działań w ramach wyznaczonego obszaru biznesowego (leading the effort).
  • Gotowość do stałej współpracy stacjonarnej z biura w Gdańsku lub Wrocławiu.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i analityczne.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy ze zbiorami danych wykorzystywanymi do zasilania modeli AI / Machine Learning.
  • Znajomość struktur typu hub-and-spoke w organizacjach opartych na danych.
  • Współpracę w oparciu o kontrakt B2B.
  • Samodzielną rolę z realnym wpływem na jakość danych zasilających zaawansowane analityki i rozwiązania AI.
  • Dogodną lokalizację biura w Gdańsku lub Wrocławiu.
