Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy osoby do współpracy przy projekcie na stanowisku GenAI / LLM Engineer.

To projekt skierowany do osoby, która ma doświadczenie w obszarze Generative AI i chce rozwijać nowoczesne rozwiązania oparte o modele językowe oraz technologie AI.

  • projektowanie, rozwój i wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań Generative AI z wykorzystaniem zaawansowanych modeli,
  • fine-tuning i optymalizację modeli LLM oraz innych modeli generatywnych pod zastosowania branżowe,
  • implementację aplikacji opartych o GenAI z integracją NLP,
  • pracę z platformą chmurową GCP oraz narzędziami do przetwarzania rozproszonego w celu budowy skalowalnych rozwiązań AI,
  • współpracę z zespołami cross-funkcyjnymi i przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na innowacje oparte o AI,
  • udział w inicjatywach badawczo-rozwojowych związanych z dynamicznie rozwijającym się obszarem GenAI.
  • minimum 4 lata doświadczenia,
  • pasję do Generative AI i innowacji oraz praktyczne doświadczenie w tworzeniu aplikacji opartych o AI,
  • bardzo dobrą znajomość Python,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z frameworkami takimi jak LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers,
  • wiedzę z zakresu fine-tuningu modeli, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) oraz prompt engineering,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z platformą chmurową GCP oraz znajomość dobrych praktyk MLOps / LLMOps,
  • znajomość data pipelines, vector databases (np. FAISS, Pinecone) oraz RAG (retrieval-augmented generation),
  • nastawienie na współpracę zespołową, bardzo dobrą komunikację oraz otwartość na współpracę z międzynarodowymi klientami.
  • praktyczną znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2/C1 umożliwiającą swobodną komunikację pisemną i ustną (codzienna współpraca z klientami i współpracownikami anglojęzycznymi).
