Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w obszarze change management lub user adoption w projektach transformacyjnych, szczególnie związanych z wdrożeniem Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 lub digital workplace. Rola będzie skoncentrowana na wspieraniu użytkowników podczas zmiany środowiska pracy, budowaniu adopcji nowych narzędzi oraz prowadzeniu działań komunikacyjnych i edukacyjnych.

  • Opracowanie i realizację strategii change management dla projektów wdrożenia Google Workspace.
  • Prowadzenie działań komunikacyjnych związanych ze zmianą środowiska pracy użytkowników.
  • Budowanie zaangażowania i adopcji użytkowników dla nowych narzędzi Google Workspace.
  • Organizowanie i koordynowanie szkoleń, warsztatów oraz materiałów edukacyjnych.
  • Współpracę z biznesem, IT oraz interesariuszami podczas transformacji organizacyjnej.
  • Identyfikowanie ryzyk związanych z adopcją zmian.
  • Przygotowywanie działań minimalizujących ryzyka związane z adopcją zmian.
  • Wsparcie użytkowników podczas przejścia z Microsoft 365 do Google Workspace.
  • Monitorowanie efektywności działań change management i user adoption.
  • Współpracę z zespołami projektowymi w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Doświadczenia w obszarze Change Management lub user adoption w projektach transformacyjnych.
  • Doświadczenia w projektach związanych z wdrożeniem Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 lub digital workplace.
  • Umiejętności prowadzenia komunikacji i współpracy z użytkownikami biznesowymi.
  • Doświadczenia w organizowaniu warsztatów, szkoleń i działań edukacyjnych.
  • Umiejętności budowania planów komunikacyjnych i strategii adopcji użytkowników.
  • Bardzo dobrych umiejętności interpersonalnych i prezentacyjnych.
  • Doświadczenia ze współpracą z interesariuszami i zespołami międzynarodowymi.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego.
