Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy Python Developer z GenAI do realizacji projektu w obszarze GenAI (LLM), Agents i RAG.

Rola ma charakter inżynierski i integracyjny (orkiestracja LLM, budowa usług i integracje w środowisku enterprise) - nie jest to stanowisko nastawione na trening modeli lub badania ML.

  • Projektowanie i rozwój usług agentowych AI (orkiestracja narzędzi, workflowów i integracji w chmurze).
  • Implementacja i usprawnianie rozwiązań RAG (ingest dokumentów, tuning retrieval, ewaluacja jakości).
  • Integracja workflowów AI z istniejącymi platformami i usługami backendowymi poprzez API.
  • Utrzymanie schematów tool/function oraz wzorców orkiestracji (streaming, human-in-the-loop). Zapewnianie jakości i niezawodności: testy automatyczne, metryki/telemetria, monitoring, optymalizacja wydajności.
  • Współpraca zespołowa w Agile: peer review, dobra dokumentacja, wsparcie i mentoring.
  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w wytwarzaniu oprogramowania (w tym utrzymanie systemów produkcyjnych).
  • Silne podstawy software engineeringu i doświadczenie w utrzymaniu systemów produkcyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie backendowe: Python (preferowany); mile widziane integracje w środowisku C#/.NET.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość budowy i integracji REST API (GraphQL jako plus).
  • Rozumienie systemów rozproszonych: async/concurrency, retries/resiliency, rate limiting, cache, performance.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w budowie aplikacji LLM oraz systemów RAG i/lub agentic workflows (w tym ewaluacja jakości i safety/guardrails).
  • Doświadczenie z Azure w kontekście rozwiązań enterprise (np. Functions/Storage/Key Vault/App Insights) oraz observability (logi, tracing, metryki).
  • CI/CD (preferowane Azure DevOps), Docker, Git/GitHub; podstawy bezpieczeństwa: JWT/OAuth/OIDC, bezpieczne zarządzanie sekretami.

Mile widziane:

  • LangGraph/LangChain (multi-agent), Semantic Kernel lub podobne frameworki orkiestracji.
  • Azure AI Search (lub podobne) i projektowanie skalowalnych pipeline’ów wyszukiwania/retrieval. Event-driven (service bus/event hubs) oraz streaming do UI.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach z wymaganiami governance (PII, retencja, kontrola dostępu).
  • Współpracę na zasadach B2B
