Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Senior AI Engineer, która dołączy do międzynarodowego projektu realizowanego w obszarze Generative AI.

Projekt koncentruje się na budowie produkcyjnych systemów opartych o LLM, w tym architektur RAG oraz rozwiązań agentowych, integrowanych z systemami enterprise w środowisku Azure.

To rola inżynierska – nastawiona na projektowanie, implementację i utrzymanie skalowalnych rozwiązań AI działających w środowisku produkcyjnym.

Zakres roli:

• Projektowanie i rozwój aplikacji opartych o LLM (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI), w tym systemów agentowych i workflow orchestration. • Budowa i optymalizacja produkcyjnych pipeline’ów RAG (ingestion, retrieval, tuning, evaluation). • Projektowanie architektury rozwiązań GenAI oraz integracja z systemami enterprise i API. • Rozwój backendu w Python oraz budowa skalowalnych usług API. • Integracja rozwiązań z platformą Azure (w tym usługi AI). • Implementacja testów, CI/CD, monitoringu oraz mechanizmów observability dla systemów AI. • Dbanie o jakość, bezpieczeństwo i stabilność rozwiązań działających w środowisku produkcyjnym. • Udział w przeglądach architektury i mentoring mniej doświadczonych inżynierów.

Oczekujemy:

• Minimum 5 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w software engineering, w tym w rozwoju backendu. • Doświadczenie w budowie i wdrażaniu produkcyjnych systemów wykorzystujących LLM, w tym RAG lub systemy agentowe. • Bardzo dobra znajomość Python oraz doświadczenie w budowie i integracji API. • Doświadczenie z frameworkami GenAI (np. LangChain, LangGraph lub podobne). • Praktyczne doświadczenie z platformą Azure, w tym integracja z usługami AI (np. Azure OpenAI). • Doświadczenie w pracy z bazami danych (SQL) oraz rozwiązaniami typu vector search / embeddings. • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu skalowalnych rozwiązań w środowisku produkcyjnym. • Znajomość Docker, Git oraz CI/CD.

Mile widziane:

• Doświadczenie z Kubernetes. • Doświadczenie w środowisku regulowanym (np. fintech). • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z monitoringiem jakości modeli i ewaluacją odpowiedzi LLM. • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym.
