Szukamy eksperta na stanowisko Senior Business Analyst ITSM do współpracy przy projekcie skupionym na obszarze Request Management. Poszukujemy osoby, która weźmie odpowiedzialność za kształtowanie procesów oraz doradztwo biznesowe i technologiczne.

  • Definiowanie wymagań biznesowych.
  • Projektowanie procesów w obszarze Request Management.
  • Tworzenie User Stories.
  • Definiowanie przypadków testowych (Test Cases).
  • Przygotowywanie decyzji architektonicznych w oparciu o zebrane wymagania.
  • Kierowanie decyzjami biznesowymi i wsparcie interesariuszy.
  • Prowadzenie spotkań oraz warsztatów.
  • Zapewnienie ekspertyzy i wsparcia merytorycznego.
  • Minimum 6 lat adekwatnego doświadczenia zawodowego.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość obszaru ITSM.
  • Praktyczna znajomość metodyki ITIL.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z platformą ServiceNow.
  • Ekspercka wiedza z zakresu Request Management.
  • Praktyczna znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. C1 umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację pisemną i ustną (codzienna współpraca z klientami i współpracownikami anglojęzycznymi).

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość języka niemieckiego.
  • Certyfikaty branżowe (ITSM, ITIL).
  • Współpraca przy złożonym i decyzyjnym projekcie.
  • Realny wpływ na architekturę i ostateczny kształt procesów biznesowych.
  • Samodzielne, eksperckie stanowisko z przestrzenią do prowadzenia warsztatów.
  • Codzienne wykorzystywanie języka angielskiego w praktyce.
  • Współpraca w modelu w pełni zdalnym z wyjazdami służbowymi do Stuttgartu (1-2 razy w miesiącu na 2-3 dni).
