Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Senior Data Governance Consultant, która będzie odpowiedzialna za prowadzenie projektów związanych z zarządzaniem danymi.

Rola obejmuje projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań z obszaru Data Governance, w tym modeli operacyjnych, standardów danych, Data Quality i Metadata Management. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie współpracować z zespołami biznesowymi i technicznymi, wspierać klientów we wdrażaniu dobrych praktyk oraz prowadzić wybrane obszary projektowe.

Zakres roli:

  • Prowadzenie projektów Data Governance - od oceny dojrzałości organizacji po opracowanie roadmap i wdrażanie rozwiązań.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie frameworków, modeli operacyjnych, polityk i standardów zarządzania danymi zgodnych z DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Definiowanie standardów i definicji danych biznesowych, w tym Business Glossary, taksonomii, a w zależności od potrzeb również ontologii i Knowledge Graph.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie procesów Data Quality Management, obejmujących reguły jakości, monitorowanie i koordynację działań naprawczych.
  • Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi przy wdrażaniu standardów, klasyfikacji danych, Data Lineage i kontroli jakości w katalogach oraz platformach danych.
  • Uwzględnianie wymagań Data Sovereignty & Residency, przygotowywanie raportów, KPI i dokumentacji na potrzeby audytów.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów i spotkań z klientami, wspieranie rozwoju konsultantów oraz Data Stewardów i udział w rozwoju rozwiązań konsultingowych.

Oczekujemy:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze Data Governance lub Data Management.
  • Praktycznego doświadczenia w co najmniej 3 obszarach: Data Governance Frameworks, Data Stewardship, Data Standards/MDM, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Business Glossary/zasoby semantyczne lub Data Privacy.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości metodologii DAMA-DMBOK i zasad zarządzania danymi.
  • Doświadczenia z narzędziami Data Governance, Data Catalog lub Data Quality, np. Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Microsoft Purview, oraz praktycznej znajomości SQL.
  • Doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu obszarów projektowych, warsztatów i współpracy z kadrą zarządzającą.
  • Umiejętności pracy w dynamicznym środowisku projektowym, bardzo dobrych kompetencji komunikacyjnych i prezentacyjnych.
  • Biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego.

Mile widziane:

  • Certyfikacja CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) lub równoważna.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach realizowanych dla klientów z branż: Financial Services, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Technology, FMCG, Pharma.
