Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Tax Tech Managera do długofalowej współpracy. Jest to rola łącząca wiedzę podatkową z doświadczeniem w obszarze systemów i automatyzacji. Osoba na tym stanowisku odpowiadać będzie za prowadzenie projektów transformacji podatkowej, w szczególności wdrożeń oraz automatyzacji procesów raportowania (m.in. JPK, KSeF, e-invoicing, Pillar II).

Rola stanowi pomost między biznesem, podatkami a IT – obejmuje zbieranie wymagań, projektowanie rozwiązań systemowych oraz nadzór nad ich wdrożeniem.

  • Prowadzenie projektów wdrożeniowych i automatyzacyjnych w obszarze podatków.
  • Analiza procesów biznesowych i podatkowych oraz przekładanie ich na rozwiązania systemowe.
  • Zbieranie i definiowanie wymagań biznesowych u klienta / interesariuszy.
  • Projektowanie i optymalizacja procesów podatkowych (raportowanie, compliance, e-invoicing).
  • Współpraca z zespołami IT, developerami i dostawcami technologii.
  • Udział w warsztatach i spotkaniach z klientem, prowadzenie discovery sessions.
  • Nadzór nad wdrożeniem (testy, UAT, go-live, stabilizacja).
  • Zapewnienie zgodności rozwiązań z wymaganiami regulacyjnymi.
  • Doświadczenia w obszarze podatków (np. VAT, raportowanie, compliance).
  • Znajomości obszaru podatków m.in JPK, KSeF, e-invoicing, SAF-T.
  • Praktycznego doświadczenia we wdrożeniach lub automatyzacji procesów.
  • Znajomości systemów ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics lub podobne).
  • Umiejętności łączenia perspektywy biznesowej i technologicznej.
  • Rozumienia działania systemów i podstaw architektury rozwiązań.
  • Umiejętności pracy ze stakeholderami (biznes, IT, klient).
  • Praktycznej znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2/C1 umożliwiającą swobodną komunikację pisemną i ustną (codzienna współpraca z klientami i współpracownikami anglojęzycznymi) - warunek konieczny.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w projektach międzynarodowych lub klienckich.
  • Udział w wdrożeniach ERP end-to-end.
  • Umiejętność „rozmowy technicznej” z IT i developerami.
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu zespołu projektowego.
  • Wiedza z zakresu architektury systemowej i integracji.
  • Doświadczenie w pre-sales / definiowaniu zakresu projektów.
  • Długofalowy projekt realizowany w międzynarodowym środowisku.
  • Elastyczny model współpracy - zdalny, w zależności od preferencji z możliwością okazjonalnej pracy z biur dostępnych na terenie Polski.
  • Współpracę w modelu B2B.
  • Możliwość współpracy przy globalnych wdrożeniach i transformacjach biznesowych.
