About us

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

In 2024 we’ve launched our five-year Corporate Strategy, which runs to 2029. Our purpose is to provide high quality homes, services, and support to our customers, so we’ve worked with colleagues and customers to find out what’s important to them. Our customers sit at the heart of what we do, and our colleagues are the people who’ll help us achieve our vision, which is to create the best customer experience to improve everyday lives.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage assigned vacancies through the recruitment lifecycle, working to the campaign plan agreed with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring manager.

  • Support targeted campaigns for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, testing different routes and recording effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pools for recurring and priority roles.
  • Attend local careers events and support Jobcentre Plus and community outreach activity.
  • Support localised recruitment and outreach activity that contributes to the EDI Strategy and improves access to opportunities for local communities and under-represented or hard-to-reach talent.
  • Provide practical support with shortlisting, interviews, assessment materials and candidate feedback.
  • Support managers to follow consistent shortlisting and assessment processes and maintain complete records.
  • Gather candidate and manager feedback and recommend practical improvements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day progress of pre-employment checks undertaken by People Assistants, including DBS checks where required, right-to-work checks, references and other role-specific clearances.
  • Produce routine vacancy and campaign updates and flag trends in applicant flow, sources, timescales and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or delivering recruitment campaigns and managing candidate communication.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and coordinating multiple deadlines.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, recruitment platform or comparable case-management system.
  • Ability to source candidates using digital platforms, networks and outreach routes.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, follow up actions and escalate risk appropriately.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Awareness of recruitment compliance and common pre-employment checks.
  • 2 days in the office weekly - BD17 7BN.
  • Right to work in the UK - Visa sponsorship is not available.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
