Sua Missão será, administrar a demanda de Assistente Fiscal:

Responsabilidades:

  • Escriturar documentos fiscais, incluindo Notas Fiscais de Serviço, DANFE, CTE e faturas relacionadas a insumos de uso e consumo, além de despesas indiretas de industrialização;
  • Realizar entrada de notas fiscais de matéria-prima e movimentações entre armazéns terceiros e clientes;
  • Conferir operações fiscais, analisando natureza da operação, CFOP, incidência de tributos e demais dados legais obrigatórios;
  • Controlar e acompanhar notas fiscais recebidas e escrituradas por meio de relatórios, garantindo que os saldos contábeis estejam alinhados aos saldos físicos;
  • Identificar e corrigir possíveis divergências fiscais, contribuindo para a geração de resultados e prevenção de riscos financeiros e fiscais;
  • Atuar em conformidade com a legislação tributária vigente e as exigências dos órgãos reguladores.

  • Desejável formação técnica ou superior cursando em Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Vivência anterior na área fiscal, com foco em escrituração e conferência fiscal;
  • Conhecimento em CFOP, tributos diretos e indiretos, e legislação tributária;
  • Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão fiscal/ERP;
  • Perfil analítico, detalhista e com bom senso de organização.
