Sua Missão será, administrar a demanda de Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho:

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Realizar integração de segurança de novos funcionários e prestadores de serviço;
  • Realizar o controle e entrega de EPIs;
  • Acompanhamento de Permissões de Trabalho na área industrial;
  • Realizar check list de equipamentos de combate à incêndio e dar suporte a brigada;
  • Inspecionar o ambiente de trabalho, identificando condições de risco, aplicando medidas adequadas para prevenção de acidentes e doenças laborais;
  • Orientar os funcionários na observância das normas de higiene e segurança, procedimentos corretos, uso adequado de instrumentos, máquinas e equipamentos diversos;
  • Investigar as causas de ocorrências do trabalho, realizando o aprofundamento de investigações junto com a equipe multidisciplinar, evitando a reincidência do risco;
  • Conduzir diálogos de segurança com a equipe de operação;
  • Acompanhar serviços de manutenção em geral zelando pela observância de procedimentos e garantindo a análise de risco adequada via permissão de trabalho, avaliando e mitigando os riscos das atividades de risco;
  • Ministrar treinamentos as equipes operacionais a fim de capacitar e dar ciência dos riscos e as medidas mitigadoras;
  • Acompanhar o Programa de Segurança Total, envolvendo e capacitando os trabalhadores, mudança comportamental, conhecimentos dos riscos e perigos da atividade, buscando a melhoria contínua do processo;
  • Auxiliar na gestão de terceiros, avaliando documentação pertinente a saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores, análise de riscos, inspeções em frentes de trabalho, monitorando alta performance em segurança.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Formação nível Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Conhecimento nas NR’s;
  • Conhecimentos nas leis trabalhistas;
  • Vivência com treinamentos e integrações;
  • Expertise com indicadores;
  • Residir em Jundiaí e região;
  • Disponibilidade de horário.
