Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior com experiência em sistemas de crédito e forte conhecimento no Sistema Função, para atuar em uma squad estratégica responsável pela automação e evolução dos processos de BackOffice do varejo.

Esse profissional terá papel fundamental na sustentação e modernização da plataforma de crédito, atuando na análise de processos de negócio, desenvolvimento de integrações, automação operacional e suporte às áreas envolvidas, garantindo a eficiência, estabilidade e escalabilidade das operações.

Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, visão sistêmica e capacidade de atuar como referência funcional e técnica em ambientes críticos do mercado financeiro.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar na evolução e integração dos processos relacionados aos módulos do Sistema Função;
  • Desenvolver e sustentar aplicações Java voltadas para operações de crédito e BackOffice;
  • Desenvolver e manter integrações entre sistemas por meio de APIs REST e serviços corporativos;
  • Construir e dar manutenção em Procedures, Views, Triggers e consultas avançadas em SQL Server;
  • Analisar e solucionar incidentes de produção, atuando em troubleshooting e análise de logs;
  • Apoiar homologações, testes integrados e investigações de inconsistências operacionais;
  • Monitorar esteiras de processamento e propor melhorias para automação dos processos;
  • Atuar na integração com sistemas legados e serviços corporativos;
  • Traduzir demandas de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis e de alta disponibilidade;
  • Participar da definição de melhorias arquiteturais e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Atuar como referência funcional nos módulos do Sistema Função, apoiando o time técnico e áreas de negócio.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência sólida com o Sistema Função, especialmente nos módulos:Propostas; BackOffice;
  • Experiência em operações de crédito
  • Processos de BackOffice financeiro.
  • Vivência em bancos, financeiras, fintechs ou correspondentes bancários.
  • Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento em Java;
  • Experiência na construção e consumo de APIs REST;
  • Conhecimento de arquiteturas de integração entre sistemas;
  • Domínio de SQL
  • Experiência com análise de logs, troubleshooting e sustentação de ambientes produtivos;
  • Atuação em integração de sistemas legados;
  • Conhecimento em testes e homologação de sistemas corporativos;
  • Familiaridade com processos de monitoramento operacional.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços;
  • Vivência em transformação e modernização de sistemas legados;
  • Conhecimento em mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ ou similares);
  • Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Vivência com automação de processos e observabilidade.
