Estamos buscando um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java para reforçar nosso time de sustentação e evolução de sistemas críticos da área financeira. Procuramos um profissional com forte experiência em desenvolvimento backend, integrações e construção de APIs

O profissional atuará na manutenção, sustentação e evolução de aplicações corporativas, garantindo estabilidade operacional, integração entre sistemas e suporte às necessidades do negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e manter aplicações backend utilizando Java.
  • Construir, evoluir e sustentar APIs REST e microsserviços.
  • Realizar integrações entre sistemas internos e plataformas de mercado financeiro.
  • Atuar na análise e correção de incidentes em ambiente produtivo.
  • Participar da investigação de problemas de performance e estabilidade.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de negócio, arquitetura e operações.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de modernização tecnológica e melhoria contínua.
  • Garantir qualidade técnica através de testes, revisão de código e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência Técnica
  • Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento Java.
  • Conhecimento em Spring Boot e ecossistema Spring.
  • Experiência na construção e consumo de APIs REST.
  • Experiência com integrações entre sistemas.
  • Conhecimento de bancos de dados relacionais (Oracle, SQL Server ou PostgreSQL).
  • Conhecimento em modelagem de dados e SQL.
  • Experiência com controle de versão Git.
  • Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços.
  • Conhecimento em mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ ou similares).
  • Experiência com cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
  • Conhecimento de práticas de desenvolvimento seguro e boas práticas de engenharia de software.
  • Conhecimento de Negócio
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em Tesouraria Corporativa, Mercado Financeiro ou Investimentos.

  • Experiência com observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações.
  • Experiência em instituições financeiras, bancos, assets ou fintechs.
