Estamos em busca de um(a) Tech Lead para atuar na liderança técnica de soluções e plataformas de atendimento, contribuindo para a sustentação, evolução e modernização de sistemas críticos para o negócio.

Você terá um papel estratégico no desenho de arquiteturas escaláveis, na definição de soluções Cloud Native e no direcionamento técnico dos times de desenvolvimento, garantindo qualidade, segurança, performance e eficiência operacional.

Principais responsabilidades Liderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento de soluções, desde o desenho arquitetural até a entrega em produção. Definir e garantir a aderência às arquiteturas de software e às boas práticas de desenvolvimento. Atuar com arquiteturas em nuvem, especialmente nos ecossistemas AWS e GCP. Orientar desenvolvedores, conduzir refinamentos técnicos, estimativas, análises de impacto e gestão de débitos técnicos. Promover boas práticas de engenharia, incluindo Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, DevOps e CI/CD. Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio, engenharia e times corporativos para viabilizar soluções escaláveis e de alto valor. Apoiar iniciativas de Discovery, inovação e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial. Garantir a segurança, a governança e a conformidade das soluções, incluindo requisitos da LGPD. Monitorar riscos operacionais, performance e custos de infraestrutura em nuvem, aplicando princípios de FinOps.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior concluído ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em liderança técnica, arquitetura de software e desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis. Conhecimentos em linguagens e tecnologias como Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, Angular, jQuery e SQL/PL-SQL. Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais, como PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL e bancos vetoriais. Conhecimento prático em cloud computing, especialmente AWS e GCP, incluindo serviços de computação, armazenamento, dados e inteligência artificial. Experiência com microsserviços, Docker, Kubernetes, práticas DevOps e pipelines CI/CD. Domínio de princípios SOLID, DDD, desenvolvimento seguro, modelagem de dados e otimização de performance. Conhecimentos em Machine Learning, redes neurais e Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e práticas de FinOps.
