Atividades

  • Gerenciar estrategicamente as contas de Home Centers, atuando desde a gestão da venda no ponto de venda até o acompanhamento da carteira de pedidos e faturamento.
  • Elaborar planos comerciais trimestrais, semestrais e anuais, com base na análise de histórico de vendas, potencial de crescimento, indicadores de desempenho e oportunidades de mercado, alinhando-os às estratégias e ações de marketing da empresa e dos clientes.
  • Administrar e acompanhar contratos comerciais, utilizando suas premissas como base para negociações de preços, margens, volumes, verbas e campanhas promocionais.
  • Analisar indicadores de faturamento, Sell In, Sell Out, estoque, giro e cobertura de estoque, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades para definição de planos de ação.
  • Atuar de forma proativa na recuperação de quedas de vendas e performance, bem como na identificação e potencialização dos produtos, categorias e lojas de melhor desempenho.
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento estratégico com compradores, gestores comerciais, equipes de loja e demais stakeholders, fortalecendo a parceria e ampliando as oportunidades de negócio.
  • Acompanhar a execução das estratégias comerciais no ponto de venda, garantindo alinhamento entre o planejamento, as negociações e a execução nas lojas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão de mix, aumento de distribuição, crescimento de volume e ganho de participação dentro das contas estratégicas.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logística, Financeiro e Operações, garantindo a execução dos planos comerciais e o cumprimento dos acordos estabelecidos com os clientes.

Requisitos

  • Gestão de grandes contas;
  • Desenvolvimento de plano de vendas e marketing;
  • Gestão de carteira;
  • Interface entre as áreas da empresa;
  • Excel;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas;
  • Conhecimento e envolvimento com trade marketing;
  • Vivência no mercado da construção e com contas estratégicas do segmento.
