Nossa empresa está em busca de um novo talento na área Comercial para o cargo de Key Account na região de Campinas/SP. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pelas vendas diretas as Grandes Frotas cadastradas em seu território de atuação com o objetivo de cumprir as metas definidas;Prospectar Clientes que estejam dentro do perfil definido para Grandes Frotas;Atuar com a Filial local de maneira que colabore nas vendas da região;Obter informações de mercado como preço, prazo e condições comerciais, estrutura da concorrência, desempenho de produtos; Elaborar e apresentar proposta técnica comercial, treinar a equipe da frota (motorista, controlador, borracheiro);Interação com os outras categorias Comerciais (PS/LT/AG/OTR/Rodas);Fazer visitas regulares as Filiais, bem como conhecer a rede concorrente (revendas, concessionários e truck centers de outras marcas) de sua região;Participar de eventos relacionados ao segmento de Grandes Frotas;Apoiar equipe de Engenharia na avaliação de produtos;Acompanhar e executar follow up nos clientes em atraso com a empresa;Realizar abertura e revisões de cadastro/limite de crédito;Elaborar e atualizar planejamento estratégico do seu território;Monitorar os pedidos desde a sua entrada em sistema, etapas do processo até a entrega as Grandes Frotas; Atuar em parceria com as Filiais a fim de manter ou aumentar o market-share da região;Acompanhar ações de marketing: Força Tarefa, Feiras, Eventos, Entidades de Classe e tudo que envolve esta atividade econômica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo; Conhecimento do Pacote Office; Noções de negociação estruturada; Conhecimento técnico em pneus de carga, passeio, OTR e Agrícola; Gerenciar Contas Técnicas e estratégicas; Conhecimento sistema CRM; Relacionamento com o Cliente; Comunicação assertiva; Foco em resultados;Disponibilidade para Viagens.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Segunda à sexta, horário comercial e um sábado ao mês.Benefícios:Vale alimentação/refeição;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida;PPR (Conforme política de elegibilidade);Vaga inclusiva disponível também para pessoas com deficiência.
