O Key Account sera responsável por todos os aspectos relacionados à gestão de relacionamentos eficazes, planejamento estratégico, excelência na execução e alcance do crescimento de vendas junto às contas-chave designadas.

PRINCIPAIS DEVERES E RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Atuar como o principal ponto de contato para gerenciar profissionalmente todos os aspectos do relacionamento no nível corporativo das contas-chave, com a gestão de campo e com múltiplos departamentos.
  • Ter papel fundamental no desenvolvimento e execução do planejamento estratégico, incluindo a identificação de objetivos anuais e trimestrais, para maximizar as vendas e atingir as metas estabelecidas.
  • Com base nos pilares do plano de negócios, identificar oportunidades e garantir acordos para execução visando maximizar as vendas.
  • Preparar propostas, apresentações e relatórios profissionais eficazes e persuasivos.
  • Comunicar-se regularmente com contatos por telefone, e-mail, reuniões virtuais e presenciais.
  • Garantir acompanhamento ágil, tanto internamente quanto externamente, sobre todos os objetivos, projetos e progressos.
  • Colaborar com o Gerente de Vendas, Analistas e equipe de Marketing para desenvolver e executar promoções específicas para contas, incluindo materiais de ponto de venda e parcerias sociais/digitais.
  • Responsável pela venda inicial (sell-in) e comunicação de todos os programas de Vendas e Marketing para as contas-chave designadas.
  • Dedicar tempo no mercado com a equipe interna de vendas e com clientes externos.
  • Planejar e medir os resultados das estratégias de vendas e identificar tendências junto à equipe de Análise.
  • Estabelecer e gerenciar os orçamentos das contas-chave designadas.
  • Atuar como elo de ligação na troca de informações sobre políticas e procedimentos da Loteria, incluindo a resolução de questões.
  • Coordenar e concluir todos os processos e formulários de licenciamento para contas novas e existentes das contas-chave designadas.
  • Fornecer e/ou direcionar treinamentos necessários aos varejistas.
  • Participar de workshops do setor, feiras comerciais, reuniões de associações empresariais locais e seminários.
  • Executar outras atividades e responsabilidades conforme designado.
