Description du poste

Contrôleur de gestion :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du contrôle de gestion, vous aurez en charge d’apporter votre soutien aux opérationnels dans le pilotage de la performance de leurs activités, tout en contribuant activement à une maîtrise rigoureuse des coûts sur un périmètre dédié. Vous assurez l’interface avec la finance et la comptabilité en vue d’un pilotage opérationnel, dans le respect des règles du Groupe.

Sur un périmètre donné, vos principales activités seront :

  • Effectuer les clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles en collaboration avec les managers et les assistants de gestion
  • Fiabiliser les données et construire les reportings
  • Élaborer les budgets prévisionnels
  • Construire et suivre les forecasts
  • Analyser et conseiller les managers et la direction
  • Fournir des explications sur les écarts constatés entre les prévisions (budget ou forecast) et les réalisations mensuelles
  • Alerter sur les risques, mais aussi sur les opportunités
  • Soutenir les managers dans le pilotage de leur activité ainsi que dans la réalisation de leurs actions
  • Optimiser et conseiller afin d’assurer un cash-flow fluide
  • Gérer la relation avec les commissaires aux comptes lors de leurs contrôles sur les contrats
  • Répondre aux divers besoins (études spécifiques, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bac +5 en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou équivalent ( Master, ou diplôme équivalent…)
  • Expérience : 5 ans d’expérience minimum hors stages, avec une ou plusieurs expériences significatives réussies, idéalement acquises dans l’univers des services (ingénierie, ESN, etc.), dans des contextes de conduite de changements structurels et/ou de croissance externe
  • Compétences techniques : maîtrise d’Excel, des ERP et des outils BI : Power BI, une maitrise de SAP est indispensable.

Langues :

  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue française
  • Un Anglais opérationnel est un plus pour réussir sur le poste
