Wat ga je doen als Functioneel Beheerder?

Als Functioneel Beheerder binnen het Enterprise IT Services team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid en optimale werking van onze enterprise software-oplossingen.

MSPS-IT is een nieuwe, centraal georganiseerde afdeling die IT-richtlijnen, standaarden en dienstverlening verzorgt voor de gehele MSPS Groep. Vanuit deze rol bouw je mee aan een professioneel en toekomstbestendig IT-landschap.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze applicaties aansluiten op de behoeften van gebruikers, goed presteren en veilig functioneren. Je monitort systemen, signaleert knelpunten en initieert verbeteringen. Bij verstoringen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorg je, samen met leveranciers en collega’s, voor structurele oplossingen.

Daarnaast begeleid je updates en releases, bewaak je compliance en zorg je ervoor dat wijzigingen gecontroleerd worden doorgevoerd met minimale impact op de organisatie.

Met jouw werk ondersteun je collega’s binnen alle MSPS-entiteiten, zodat zij zich volledig kunnen richten op hun kerntaak: het leveren van goede zorg.

Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken / verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van enterprise software
  • Monitoren van performance en gebruik
  • Configureren en afstemmen van applicaties op bedrijfsprocessen
  • Coördineren van updates, releases en lifecycle management
  • Testen en valideren van wijzigingen
  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers en afhandelen van incidenten
  • Bewaken van SLA’s en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Rapporteren aan IT-management
  • Actief stakeholdermanagement
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en leveranciers

Wie ben jij, en wat breng je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau met een relevante opleiding
  • Enkele jaren ervaring met functioneel beheer, Exact en COTS-applicaties
  • Klantgerichte en servicegerichte instelling
  • Kennis van ITIL (Cobit is een pré)
  • Ervaring met systeemintegraties
  • Affiniteit met softwarearchitectuur en middleware
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Flexibel en goed in omgaan met veranderingen
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Je vindt het leuk om processen te verbeteren en systemen continu te optimaliseren.

De sollicitatieprocedure

In de eerste ronde maak je kennis met de Manager Enterprise IT Services en een functioneel beheerder. Daarna volgt een tweede gesprek met een Functioneel Beheerder en een interne klant. Een assessment of praktijkopdracht kan onderdeel zijn van de procedure. Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
