Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes para ampliar la cartera comercial.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
  • Establecer relaciones duraderas con los clientes y asegurarse de que reciban un servicio excelente.
  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales personalizadas según las necesidades de cada cliente.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos y metas de ventas establecidos.
  • Realizar seguimientos postventa para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la fidelización.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing y otros departamentos para desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas.
  • Mantener actualizado el CRM con la información relevante de clientes y oportunidades de ventas.
  • Participar en reuniones de equipo para compartir mejores prácticas y resultados.

Requisitos

  • Educación Superior Completa.
  • Experiencia en Ventas B2B.
  • Inglés conversacional y escrito.
  • Deseable experiencia con CRM.
