Vaga para Mestre de Obra ou Encarregado Geral para atuação em obra em Divinópolis - MG

Requisitos:

  • Experiência em obras de saneamento/infraestrutura, domínio de execução de estruturas hidráulicas em concreto armado, excelente leitura de projetos e controle rigoroso de nível, alinhamento e estanqueidade ;

  • com capacidade de liderar equipes e integrar civil + eletromecânico com segurança e qualidade

Formação e base técnica :

  • Ensino médio completo (mínimo)
  • Desejável (não obrigatório):
  • Curso técnico em edificações ou saneamento
  • Cursos complementares em: Leitura e interpretação de projetos
  • Topografia básica
  • Segurança do trabalho (NRs)

1) Interpretação de projetos multidisciplinares:

  • Civil (formas, armação, concretagem)
  • Hidráulico (tubulações, cotas, declividades)
  • Eletromecânico (bases, chumbadores, alinhamento de equipamentos)

2) Controle geométrico:

  • Nivelamento rigoroso (fundamental em ETE)
  • Controle de cotas e caimentos
  • Locação precisa de estruturas

3) Controle geométrico:

4) Execução de estruturas específicas:

  • Tanques em concreto armado (estanqueidade é crítica)
  • Canais e caixas hidráulicas
  • Bases de sopradores, bombas e equipamentos

5) Conhecimento prático de:

  • Impermeabilização
  • Juntas de dilatação
  • Ensaios e controle de qualidade do concreto.

6) Gestão de obra

  • Coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares
  • Interface com: Engenheiros, Fornecedores de equipamentos e Montadores eletromecânicos

Habilidades comportamentais:

  • Liderança firme de campo
  • Organização e disciplina
  • Proatividade para antecipar problemas
  • Boa comunicação com equipe técnica e operacional
  • Atenção extrema a detalhes (principalmente cotas e nivelamento)
