O Que Estamos Procurando:

Procuramos um Mestre de Obras comprometido, detalhista e com forte capacidade de liderança, que esteja pronto para garantir a qualidade e a eficiência das nossas construções. Alguém que tenha paixão pela construção civil e que esteja sempre em busca de novas soluções e melhorias.

Você Será Responsável Por:

  • Supervisão de Obras: Coordenar e supervisionar todas as atividades no canteiro de obras, garantindo a execução conforme os projetos e especificações técnicas.
  • Gestão de Equipes: Liderar e motivar a equipe de trabalhadores, assegurando a produtividade e o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Planejamento de Atividades: Auxiliar no planejamento e organização das etapas da obra, otimizando recursos e prazos.
  • Controle de Qualidade: Realizar inspeções de qualidade e segurança, assegurando a conformidade com as normas técnicas e regulamentações.
  • Resolução de Problemas: Identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir durante a execução da obra, garantindo a continuidade do trabalho.
  • Comunicação: Manter uma comunicação clara e eficaz com engenheiros, arquitetos e demais stakeholders, relatando o progresso e quaisquer problemas identificados.

Requisitos do Cargo:

  • Formação: Ensino Médio completo (desejável curso Técnico em Edificações ou áreas correlatas).
  • Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência comprovada como Mestre de Obras em projetos de construção civil.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos arquitetônicos e estruturais, técnicas de construção e controle de qualidade.
  • Habilidades Comportamentais: Liderança, proatividade, capacidade de resolver problemas, excelente comunicação, organização e adaptabilidade.
