1. Missão do Cargo

Realizar o acompanhamento e controle da carteira de clientes inadimplentes, atuando de forma estratégica para garantir a recuperação de crédito, a manutenção de um bom relacionamento com o cliente e a saúde financeira da empresa.

2. Principais Responsabilidades

Gestão da Carteira de Cobrança

  • Acompanhar diariamente os vencimentos e inadimplência dos clientes.
  • Realizar contato com clientes por telefone, e-mail e outros canais para negociação de débitos.
  • Registrar todas as ações de cobrança realizadas no sistema de gestão.

Negociação e Acordos de Pagamento

  • Negociar prazos, formas de pagamento e possíveis acordos para quitação de débitos.
  • Emitir boletos, duplicatas e demais documentos relacionados à cobrança.
  • Apoiar na análise de perfil de clientes inadimplentes para definição da melhor estratégia de abordagem.

Controle e Relatórios

  • Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre status da inadimplência e recuperação de crédito.
  • Atualizar indicadores da área e sugerir melhorias nos processos de cobrança.
  • Apoiar o setor financeiro na conciliação de pagamentos recebidos.

Relacionamento com Clientes e Interno

  • Manter um bom relacionamento com os clientes, atuando com empatia e firmeza na cobrança.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas comercial e financeira para alinhamento de informações e estratégias.

3. Requisitos

Formação:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Desejável ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência:

  • Experiência anterior com rotinas de cobrança e negociação.
  • Vivência em ambiente administrativo e com atendimento ao cliente.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Excel intermediário (procV, filtros, tabelas dinâmicas).
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e plataformas de cobrança.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita.

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Organização e atenção a prazos.
  • Proatividade e resiliência.
  • Habilidade de negociação e persuasão.
  • Postura profissional e empatia com o cliente.

4. Diferenciais

  • Experiência com cobrança B2B.
  • Conhecimento em análise de crédito e risco.
  • Vivência com carteira de clientes de grande volume.
