A Mais Internet está em busca de um(a) Assistente de Cobrança para integrar nosso time! Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil negociador, organizada, proativa e orientada a resultados, que goste de lidar com clientes e tenha habilidade para encontrar soluções que contribuam para a recuperação de valores e a redução da inadimplência.

Suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Acompanhar diariamente a carteira de clientes inadimplentes e priorizar a abordagem por valor, tempo de atraso e perfil.
  • Entrar em contato com os clientes (telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e SMS) para lembrar o vencimento, negociar e fechar acordos.
  • Negociar parcelamentos, descontos e renegociações dentro da alçada definida.
  • Emitir e enviar segundas vias, boletos, links de pagamento e termos de acordo.
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento dos acordos e agir em caso de quebra.
  • Solicitar e acompanhar a suspensão e o restabelecimento de serviços por inadimplência, em conjunto com o suporte/operação.
  • Executar as etapas de cobrança: negativação (Serasa/SPC), protesto e envio para assessoria de cobrança ou jurídico.
  • Registrar todos os contatos e acordos no sistema (ERP/CRM), mantendo o histórico atualizado.
  • Gerar relatórios e indicadores de inadimplência, recuperação e desempenho da carteira.
  • Sugerir melhorias na régua de cobrança e nos processos de prevenção.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia em cobrança, atendimento com negociação ou atividades financeiras relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em processos de cobrança, negociação de débitos e acompanhamento de acordos;
  • Vivência no contato com clientes e registro de informações em sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco em resultados.

Informações sobre a vaga:

Segunda a sexta das 09:30h às 13:30h /14:30h às 18:30h e sábado 08:30h às 12:30h;

Diferencial:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência consolidada em cobrança e recuperação de valores;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP/CRM, gestão de carteira de inadimplentes e régua de cobrança;
  • Vivência com indicadores, elaboração de relatórios, negativação, protestos e interface com assessorias de cobrança ou jurídico.
