Acerca de la posición

Estamos buscando un Administrador de Control-M con experiencia en la administración de procesos batch y herramientas de scheduling dentro de entornos críticos. La posición será responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad de la plataforma, administrar la programación de procesos y brindar soporte a la operación de ambientes productivos del sector bancario.

¿Qué harás?

  • Administrar y garantizar la disponibilidad de la plataforma Control-M.
  • Instalar, configurar y actualizar componentes de Control-M (Server, Enterprise Manager, agentes y módulos).
  • Crear, modificar y eliminar procesos batch y tareas programadas.
  • Implementar cambios mediante procesos de ServiceNow.
  • Atender incidentes y problemas relacionados con la ejecución de procesos batch en ambientes productivos.
  • Realizar remediación de vulnerabilidades asociadas a la plataforma Control-M.
  • Participar en pruebas de continuidad de negocio (BCP) y recuperación ante desastres (DRP).
  • Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, aplicaciones y operaciones para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos programados.
  • Aplicar mejores prácticas para la definición y administración de calendarios, dependencias y flujos batch.

Buscamos a alguien con

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el sector bancario.
  • 2 años de experiencia administrando Control-M.
  • Experiencia en herramientas de scheduling y automatización de procesos batch.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de programación.
  • Experiencia con Shell Script.
  • Conocimientos de ServiceNow para gestión de cambios e incidencias.
  • Inglés básico.
  • ES INDISPENSABLE IBM i (AS/400 o iSeries)

Será un plus si cuentas con experiencia en

  • HP NonStop (Tandem).
  • Linux / Unix.
  • Transferencias SFTP mediante autenticación por llaves.
  • Automatización de procesos en ambientes de misión crítica.
